My husband and I since we've been together we should be about 13 years have had multiple bank accounts at different banks. This has been the best one yet. We always go to the Jonestown branch but the manager at the Palmyra Branch I believe it Palmyra it's right near the Rutters On 422. He is absolutely amazing and so helpful and gives us a break every now and then with issues that we have. He is great all the tellers are great and at the Jonestown branch I would like to say that everyone is very friendly and very helpful there.

I am a Ex-jonestown bank & trust customer since the mid 80's, I had enough, A friend told me about the Credit union, so I opened an account, And I'll never look back, And it's been about 6yrs. And I haven't.
My advice, join the Lebanon County Credit union today.

I had a situation that needed immediate attention and Brenda was amazing at helping me in resolving it! I have seen this attention in working with all your tellers. They are so courteous and competent!!! It is obvious that they are dedicated to helping LFCU customers!

Not too many problems. Don't like that their is a card replacement fee, when it was their card that gave me problems
